Appointment Policy:
We operate primarily by appointment. If you are new to our practice, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow for the necessary paperwork and updating of your pet’s medical record. If you have previous medical records for your pet, you can bring them with you or have them sent before your appointment to speed up the process.
For your convenience, we also offer “drop-off” appointments. A drop-off means that you can bring your pet in when it is convenient for you, sign a medical treatment form and leave him/her with us for a few hours. Once your pet’s appointment is finished, we can give you a call to go over our recommendations and find a time that works for you to pick them up.
Patient Arrival Policy:
For your protection, and that of others, all pets must be on a leash or properly controlled while in the waiting area. We offer separate cat and dog check-in and waiting areas for the comfort of your pets.
Payment Policy:
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, cash and personal checks.
Boarding & Grooming Policies:
Current vaccinations are hospital policy to protect the health of all the boarders and are required by the state to maintain our Kennel license. Required vaccinations include:
- Dogs – Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Influenza
- Cats – Rabies and FVRCP
In addition to up to date vaccinations, all pets are required to have a negative fecal (free of intestinal parasites) prior to their boarding reservation.
All animals entering our facility must be free of external parasites (fleas, ticks, mites, etc.) A complimentary bath will be given to any pet staying for 3 nights or more.
You are welcome to bring personal items for your pet during their stay (toy, blanket), but they must be clearly labeled when dropping off your pet.
